Our order process is conducted by our reseller partner, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, billing, and returns.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes related to optimizing your business information. You may not:
- Scan or inspect visibility for locations you do not own or are not legally authorized to represent.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Qloody platform.
- Use the service to distribute spam or malicious content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and tools on qloody.com are the exclusive property of Qloody, Inc. and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qloody provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI crawlers or search engines will rank or recommend your business in any specific position.
