Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Qloody. Our checkout operations and payments are managed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when you may be entitled to receive a refund or cancel your subscription.
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Qloody subscriptions and services are resold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is responsible for order processing, billing, tax compliance, and issuing refunds. Any transaction on your statement will appear as PADDLE.NET * QLOODY.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future recurring billing. To cancel:
- Use the "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription" link provided in your initial Paddle transaction confirmation receipt email.
- Log into your Qloody dashboard and manage your billing settings.
- Visit the Paddle buyer support site at paddle.net to submit a cancellation request.
If you cancel mid-way through a billing cycle, your service will remain fully active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further payments will be collected.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Qloody Discretionary Policy)
In addition to your statutory rights, Qloody offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our AI SEO visibility tools, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing us at support@qloody.com.
4. Consumer Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Depending on your country of residence, local consumer protection laws grant you unconditional statutory withdrawal and refund rights that override standard terms. Paddle fully honors these regional laws:
- European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a service contract and receive a full refund. This right applies to your initial subscription purchase (or first payment after a free trial). You must request the refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Turkey and Israel: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and cancel contracts for a full refund.
- Canada, South Korea, Brazil, and China: Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel service contracts and receive a full refund.
- Singapore: Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund directly through Paddle by using the "View receipt" link in your transaction confirmation email, visiting paddle.net, or by contacting Qloody support at support@qloody.com. Eligible refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
6. Technical Defects & Product Issues
If you experience material defects, bugs, or data issues that prevent you from using Qloody as described, please contact us first at support@qloody.com to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable period, a full refund will be approved.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact Qloody or Paddle buyer support directly to resolve billing disputes or request refunds. Initiating a bank chargeback or dispute may result in the immediate suspension of your Qloody account and active visibility tracking while the dispute is reviewed.
